Terms of Service
Important information about ordering, substitutions, and our commitment to quality.
Our Commitment to You
At Tattered Leaf Designs Studio, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We use the freshest seasonal flowers available to create designs that reflect the beauty and spirit of each occasion. The following terms help ensure you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.
Substitution Policy
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Occasionally, a specific bloom shown in a product photo may be unavailable due to supply, seasonality, or quality concerns. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall theme, color palette, and style of the arrangement. You'll always receive a beautiful, thoughtfully composed design.
One-of-a-Kind Vases & Containers
Some of our arrangements feature unique, hand-selected vases and containers. Because these pieces are often one-of-a-kind, the exact vessel shown in a photo may not be available. When substitution is necessary, we'll choose a container of comparable quality and style that complements the floral design.
What Stays the Same
- Overall theme and style — the look and feel you chose will be honored.
- Color palette — we match the tones and mood of the original design.
- Value — any substitutions are of equal or greater value.
- Freshness — every stem is hand-selected for quality and longevity.
